​Marie's Aroma Beads is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS (Post Office) directly. Everyone is provided with a tracking number when making an order. Tracking numbers are provided via email. Every order is sent via Priority Mail, which means the package is insured up to a certain amount. If a claim needs to be made per the customer for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, it must be filed within 60 days with the post office.
